A Weird Tip for Online Dating That Works!Mat Boggs

Mat Boggs: Hey this is Mat Boggs, and today
we're going to go a little bit deep on you, where we're talking about online dating. Now I was having a conversation with a client
of mine, and this particular idea I felt could really serve you, so I wanted to bring it
to you. A lot of times when we're wanting to meet
somebody online there's a lot of focus that goes into the emails that we're writing, a
lot of focus in what the profile actually says, the picture. Rightly so, but often times there's a level
above that.

My client, great photos, great profile, but
she wasn't attracting the guys that she wanted. She wasn't having guys reach out to her, and
she was reaching out to a bunch of guys, taking a lot of action and wasn't seeing the results
that she wanted. Maybe you've been there, maybe you've been
in a position where you're putting a lot of effort in, but you're not seeing the results
that you want, and there's a big question mark that comes up. Which is, what am I missing here? Anytime we're thinking the question what am
I missing, it's important to look beyond the physical results that we're seeing.

It's important to look beyond just the physical
strategy. I knew something about this client, because
I've coached her, I know her story. We're on this call and she said, "Look Mat,
my photos are great, my profile is great. What am I missing? If you were to give me one piece of advice,
some really solid feedback on kind of how I'm showing up what would it be?" My feedback to her was this.

"Start believing in men again." You see I knew that she had a past relationship
that she was forgiving and moving on, but that there was a place in her mind where she
really felt like this guy from the past was the best that she would ever have. I shared a story with her, well that my story
too. I was in a relationship where I thought we
were soulmates, it was the best relationship we were ever going to have. Maybe you've been there, but that relationship
didn't work out.

Then I was forced with a decision. I was either going to live with an emotional
cord tied to the past, that some other girl that I would never be with was going to be
the best that I would ever have, or I would be willing to cut that cord and really start
believing that there was a woman who could be even better than that for me. A relationship that could be even deeper,
more passionate for me. I started believing again that that was a
possibility.

The interesting thing is believing is like
creating an energetic opening in our lives, and that opening attracts new results to us. Very shortly after getting online, when nothing
was happening for me, even though I was taking lots of action, I had a good profile, good
pictures, but it was like a lot of dead ends. When I shift the power of my believing, and
started believing in women again, in the sense that there's an amazing woman out there that
it could be an extraordinary match for me. That's when everything shifted.

Very shortly after I met my wife. I shared that story with my client. I said, "Start believing in men again. There's a great man in store for you, and
he wants you to believe in him.

He's looking for you online right now, but
the energy you're sending out is closed off energy. Really there's no openings for anything great
to find it's way into your life. As you open that up he's going to start flowing
into your life." I'll ask you the same question. Perhaps you're in a place where you have an
old energetic tie to a past relationship, and you're putting the work out there, you're
taking all the action, but nothings really opening up.

Ask yourself, is there a place in me that
doesn't believe that I'm really going to find something special, and how can you change
that? How can shift that to really believe that
the best is yet to come? Believe that there's an amazing man in store
for you, because when you do that will create an opening, and that opening allows a whole
new flow of energy into your life. I hope that this serves you, and I would love
