The number one thing you think
of is yes how cute it is but what if it doesn't work out? How are they going to handle that
once you have to come back to work? Luckily for me our show did. >> Yeah.
>> [CROSSTALK] >> This is how we find out though. I usually find out cuz I follow
everybody on Facebook and that hurts my feelings because I feel
like the cast is supposed to tell me, and the crew is supposed to tell me.
>> No. >> That they are seeing each other.
That I've gotta find out on Facebook Chris.
>> [LAUGH] >> You just outed him. Now the pressure is on.
>> All right, I'm gonna stop and keep it real.
>> We're gonna keep it real. I'm gonna say-
>> Sorry Chris. My favorite part is not on Facebook.
My favorite is at our Christmas parties. You know what I'm saying? After that third or
fourth drink after midnight. >> They don't care. They be letting that love show.
They don't even care. It's out, it's loose. Running the muck.
>> It's loose alright. >> It'd be real loose.
This Christmas party.
>> Yes. >> Okay. Hold on. >> Did you guys see anything?
I didn't see anything.
>> Wait, can we keep it real though.
>> Yes.
>> We always use to joke around how it was important to have a crush at the workplace
because it gives you something exciting to come to work to.
>. Adrienne! >> Yes. >> So, we all have our little crushes. You're gonna be honest, even if we're married, you can be my.
>> My gosh! >> I have a workplace crush, absolutely.
>> I tell my husband, I'll be like
>> My god.
This is the one I have a crush on. He is not gay. >> Yeah, of course. >> Yeah, so I found out the guy I have a crush on at work was cheating on me.
>> [LAUGH] >> With another girl at work.
>> [LAUGH] >> And I was so mad. >> Was his name Chris? [LAUGH]
>> Chris! >> Chris! >> Chris! [LAUGH] >> I know what's up, Chris.
>> [LAUGH] >> Yes! >> And I found out and I was so mad. >> Say hi Chris. >> That's Chris right there.
>> [LAUGH] >> That was my work boyfriend.
>> [APPLAUSE] [LAUGH]
>> Wait! [LAUGH]
>> [LAUGH] >> Wait! [CROSSTALK] I have to confess this to you, are you ready?
>> My God! [LAUGH] >> So in briefing one day they told me that you were dating somebody. [LAUGH]
>> Chris, I was so mad.
>> Is this- >> Chris, I was so mad. >> She was legitimately pissed. >> Is this when you yelled in briefing? I heard a very loud yell and
everybody laughed.
And everybody came out and sort of look at me like crazy.
>> Yes! >> That was the day, that was the day!
>> I was so mad. You guys, I even had my husband tell him,
cuz I sometimes can be mean to Chris. But that's the way I flirt.
>> [LAUGH] >> So, so like, I even had my husband tell him, I'm like
babe tell him that like the reason I'm mean to him is cuz, and
he's like no, she really likes you, she tells me all the time.
>> Aww. We're very happy for you, Chris.
>> Thank you, thank you.
[APPLAUSE]
>> Chris is taken. [APPLAUSE]
>> We do have more crushes though. >> I enjoy that. >> Do you have a work crush here?
>> Yes.
>> Do we have the same one? >> You used to have one. >> I did he left.
>> Who? Who was it?
>> He was camera one. He's not here anymore.
>> Yeah cuz that camera one is mine. >> Yeah, no.
But who's your work crush?
>> My work crush happens to be also gay, he's Marshall.
>> She has a thing for the security guard Marshall.
>> I love Marshall so much, he's sensitive, he's thoughtful, he's-
>> Wait a minute, where is Marshall?
>> What? You have a crush on Marshall too?
>> I have a crush on Marshall too. >> You had a- >> I had a crush on Marshall too. >> Marshall, Marshall, Marshall.
>> Yeah. >> Well know what happens when we talk about workplace romance.
I love it.
>> Okay, that is true. What I will say is this. It is important to be honest. If at any point somebody
makes you feel uncomfortable, say it right then and there.
Nip it in the bud.
>> That's right. >> Yes. >> That's what I said. >> Keep pushing, because honesty is the only way it's going to work.
If you're not interested just say, I'm totally flattered but I'm not interested.
And move on to somebody else, start asking somebody else out.
>> And know how to handle the rejection.
>> Yes.
>> That's right, be professional. >> And check in the HR.
Just in case.
>> Yeah. Just in case..
