Riverdale Fans Think KJ Apa & Camila Mendes Are Dating & Here's Why

Fans think Riverdale's KJ Apa and Camila Mendez are dating after seeing this Instagram post. Has their on-screen chemistry led to a real-life romance? Let's carefully examine each and every detail of this Instagram post, shall we? KJ took to Instagram to share a picture of him and Camila at what looks like a dinner with two unnamed adults along with the caption, quote, OK, before you start going, "Oh my god, oh my god, she met his parents which means they're totally dating." Those are not KJ's parents. The woman in the post appears to be Camila's manager Aleena Rockland and the man is for sure not KJ's dad because we're professional stans so, we obviously have seen KJ's real dad before. KJ is a joker on Instagram so, while some fans are really hoping that this is a hint that he and Camila's on-screen chemistry as Archie and Veronica has led to a real-life romance.

We're gonna have to take anything he posts with a grain of salt. Of course, that definitely won't stop Riverdale fans from shipping the cast members left and right especially when it comes to show favorites like Archie and Veronica or Bughead. As much as we'd be so into the idea of Camila and KJ dating, I mean just look at the adorable way they look at each other. We're also just happy to see that their friendship behind the screens is obviously genuine.

Plus as far as we know Camila has reportedly been dating a guy named Ian Wallace for a number of years now.
